Response time ranges from 15 minutes in Ocala (our home base) to about 60 minutes in the outer edges of Citrus County.
Do you charge more to travel to outlying areas?+
No. Our pricing is the same flat, upfront rate regardless of which city you're in — we don't add a distance or trip surcharge. The only thing that changes by location is how long we take to arrive, which we always quote honestly before dispatching.
