Commercial Lockout Service — Ocala & Central Florida
Locked out of your office, retail space, or warehouse? We handle commercial doors of all types — deadbolts, electronic locks, panic bars, and mortise locks — 7 days a week.
What we offer
Commercial Lockout you can count on
A commercial lockout stops business operations immediately. Whether it's an office, retail store, restaurant, medical facility, warehouse, or multi-tenant building, getting you back inside quickly — and without damaging expensive commercial hardware — is the priority. We handle all common commercial lock types: commercial grade deadbolts, mortise locks, cylindrical levers, panic/exit devices, electronic keypads, and card-reader access control doors. We operate 7 days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM and dispatch immediately to commercial lockout calls across our full service area.
Office & retail lockouts
Standard commercial deadbolts, cylindrical levers, and glass door locking mechanisms are the most common commercial lockout scenarios. We open them non-destructively in most cases.
Panic bar & exit device entry
Warehouses, restaurants, and larger commercial spaces often use Von Duprin or similar panic exit hardware. We carry tools for accessing these doors from the exterior without damaging the hardware.
Electronic keypad & access control lockouts
Keypad malfunction, dead battery, lost fob, or forgotten PIN? We can bypass or reset access control systems for most commercial keypads and single-door access readers.
Medical office & multi-tenant building lockouts
Medical and professional offices often have multiple lock layers. We handle the full chain — from building entry to individual suite doors — in one visit.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle commercial lockouts for offices and retail stores in Ocala?+
Yes. Commercial lockouts are a regular part of our work — offices, retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, and medical suites throughout Ocala and Marion County. We arrive within 15 to 25 minutes for most Ocala commercial addresses and 25 to 45 minutes for The Villages, Wildwood, and Lake County commercial areas. We operate 7 days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Can you open electronic keypad or card-reader locks?+
In many cases, yes. Access control doors with failed keypads, dead batteries, or locked-out codes can often be bypassed or reset on-site. The specific approach depends on the hardware brand and whether the access controller is accessible from the interior. Call us with the hardware brand and model and we'll advise before dispatching. For complex networked access control systems, we may recommend contacting your access control provider directly.
Will the commercial lock be damaged during the lockout?+
Our goal is always non-destructive entry. Commercial hardware — particularly mortise locks and Grade 1 cylindrical locks — is designed for high durability and can often be picked or bypassed without damage. Panic bars and exit devices can usually be accessed from the exterior without damage using specialty tools. If a lock is so worn or seized that non-destructive entry is not viable, we'll tell you before resorting to drilling and quote the replacement hardware. We carry common commercial replacement cylinders in our van.
Can you rekey or re-secure the commercial lock after a lockout?+
Yes. After a commercial lockout — especially if caused by lost or stolen keys — rekeying the lock immediately is the smart move. We carry commercial cylinder pin sets and can rekey most commercial deadbolts and cylindrical levers at the same visit. If the lock was damaged (forced entry, broken key) we can replace the cylinder or the full lock on the spot in many cases. We also advise on whether upgrading to a restricted key system makes sense for your business.
