What we offer

Safe Unlock & Service you can count on

Safes fail differently than door locks. A mechanical dial can go out of adjustment, an electronic keypad can die on its own batteries, and a combination is easy to forget if the safe isn't opened often. We work on mechanical dial safes, electronic keypad safes, and key-locking safes, and our first approach is always non-destructive entry — manipulation or bypass rather than drilling — because a safe you can keep using is worth more to you than one with a repaired drill point.

  • Forgotten or lost combination

If you've lost the combination to a family or inherited safe, we can identify the lock type from the model or brand and attempt manipulation before considering more invasive methods. Many mechanical locks can be opened this way with zero damage.

  • Electronic keypad failure

Dead batteries, a keypad that stopped responding, or a lockout code error — electronic locks fail for mechanical and electrical reasons that aren't always obvious from outside. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending a fix.

  • Key-locking safes & lost keys

Smaller safes and older models often use a key-only or key-plus-dial mechanism. We can pick many key-locking safes non-destructively, or cut a replacement key on-site if the lock and key code are still identifiable.

  • Drilling — only when necessary

Some safes can't be opened non-destructively, especially high-security models or ones with a damaged mechanism. When drilling is the only option, we tell you before we start, drill through the smallest necessary access point, and can install a replacement lock so the safe stays usable.

Frequently asked questions

Can you open my safe without drilling it?+

In most cases, yes — we attempt non-destructive entry first, whether that's manipulating a mechanical dial, diagnosing and resetting an electronic lock, or picking a key-locking mechanism. Whether it's possible depends on the safe's brand, age, and lock type, and on how well-maintained the mechanism is. Higher-security safes with hardened, anti-manipulation mechanisms are more likely to require drilling. We'll assess the specific safe over the phone or on-site and give you an honest answer before we start, rather than assuming the worst case.

I forgot my safe's combination — what do I do?+

Call us with the safe's brand and model number if you have it (usually on a plate inside the door or on the back). That tells us the lock type and whether manipulation is likely to work. Avoid repeatedly guessing combinations on an electronic lock, since some models lock out for a period after several failed attempts. If you have any paperwork or a purchase receipt with a factory combination or reset code, that can sometimes resolve it immediately without a service call at all.

Do you work on both home and business safes?+

Yes. Home safes are usually smaller mechanical or electronic models used for documents, cash, or firearms. Business safes range from office cash drawers to larger floor-mounted or fireproof models used for end-of-day deposits or records. The approach is similar, but commercial safes are more likely to be higher-security models, and we'll factor that into the time and cost estimate we give you before starting.
