Residential Lockout Service — Ocala & Central Florida
Locked out of your home or apartment? We arrive in 15–25 minutes in Ocala and use non-destructive picking and bypass techniques so your door and lock stay intact.
What we offer
Residential Lockout you can count on
A home lockout is one of the most stressful things that can happen — especially late at night, in the rain, or with children or pets inside. We treat every residential lockout as urgent, dispatch immediately, and aim to arrive within 15 to 25 minutes in Ocala and 25 to 40 minutes in The Villages and surrounding communities. We handle all residential door types: standard deadbolts, knob locks, multi-point locks, sliding glass doors, screen doors with keyed locks, and garage entry doors. After getting you inside, we can rekey on the spot so a lost or stolen key can't be used again.
Standard deadbolt & knob lock entry
The most common residential lockout. We pick or bypass standard deadbolts and knob locks on most residential brands — Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, Defiant, Baldwin — without drilling.
Apartment & multi-family unit entry
We handle apartment lockouts in Ocala, The Villages, Belleview, and all surrounding communities. Most apartment door locks are standard single-cylinder deadbolts that we open non-destructively.
Sliding glass & patio door lockouts
Patio and sliding glass door locks are different from standard deadbolts. We carry the tools to open keyed sliding door locks without damaging the door or track.
Rekey after lockout
If your lockout was caused by lost or stolen keys, we can rekey the lock immediately after getting you inside — same visit, 15 to 20 additional minutes — so those keys can never be used again.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to open a house lockout in Ocala?+
Response time is 15 to 25 minutes for most Ocala addresses. Once on-site, picking a standard residential deadbolt takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on the lock. We do not drill unless the lock is physically damaged or broken — non-destructive entry is always our first approach and succeeds in the vast majority of cases.
Will my door or lock be damaged during the lockout?+
No — non-destructive entry is our standard method. We pick or bypass the lock using professional tools that work on the cylinder pins without damaging the hardware. After we're done, the lock functions normally. Drilling is only used as a last resort when the lock is physically seized, broken, or so severely worn that picking is not viable — and we always inform you before drilling and quote any replacement hardware.
Can you open a lockout if I have a high-security lock like Medeco or Mul-T-Lock?+
High-security locks are designed to resist picking, so entry takes longer and may not always be possible without drilling. Call us with your lock brand and we'll advise honestly on the likely approach before we dispatch. In many cases we can still open them non-destructively; in others, drilling and replacement is the faster path. We carry common high-security replacement cylinders in the van.
Can you rekey my lock after a home lockout?+
Yes, and we recommend it when a lockout involves lost or potentially stolen keys. We rekey the lock at the same visit — typically 15 to 20 additional minutes per lock — so anyone holding the old key can no longer use it. We cut new keys on-site and can make as many copies as you need in the same visit.
