What we offer

Commercial Locksmith you can count on

Commercial security requirements are more complex than residential — more entry points, more people who need access, higher consequences when something goes wrong. We work with office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, medical facilities, warehouses, apartment complexes, and HOA-managed properties throughout Marion, Sumter, and Lake Counties to design and implement security solutions that fit the business.

  • Master key systems

A master key system lets managers or owners access all locks with one key while giving staff access only to the areas they need. We design, cut, and install complete master key systems for any size facility.

  • Access control installation

Keypad and card-reader access control for offices, warehouses, and multi-tenant buildings. We install standalone keypads through to networked systems that log entry events.

  • High-security commercial hardware

Grade 1 commercial deadbolts, mortise locks, cylindrical levers, and restricted key systems from Schlage, Medeco, and Mul-T-Lock provide serious resistance to picking, bumping, and forced entry.

  • New lock installation

New construction or renovation? We supply and install commercial-grade door hardware for every entry point — from main entrances to server rooms and storage areas.

Frequently asked questions

What is a master key system and does my business need one?+

A master key system is a set of locks that are all keyed differently at the individual level — so each employee key only opens the doors they're authorized to access — but are also part of a hierarchy where a master key opens all of them. This eliminates the need to carry large key rings, makes it easy to restrict access by department or role, and allows you to rekey just one zone if a key is lost without affecting the rest. Businesses that typically benefit most include apartment complexes, office buildings with multiple tenants, retail centers, medical offices, and warehouses. We design systems for any size facility and can add or change cylinders as the business grows.

Can you rekey a commercial building after an employee leaves?+

Yes, and we recommend doing it promptly when a key holder leaves, especially if the departure was not on good terms. Rekeying can be done at the individual cylinder level — so only the lock the former employee had access to needs rekeying — without disturbing the rest of the master key system. If your building uses a restricted key system (where keys cannot be duplicated at hardware stores), rekeying may not even be necessary if the key is returned. We can assess your current system and recommend the most cost-effective way to restore security after a personnel change.

Do you handle commercial locksmith work for property managers in Ocala?+

Yes, property management is a core part of our commercial work. We handle turnover rekeying for apartment complexes, condo associations, and rental properties — making sure each new tenant gets a fresh set of keys that work only for their unit. We also handle on-call lockout service for property managers, emergency lock repair after forced entry, and lock hardware upgrades across multiple units. Property managers with ongoing needs can set up a service account with us for priority dispatch and consistent pricing.
